Hey guys!
Sorry for the lack of content for the last 2 weeks, school hit me really hard and I literally had no time to post anything new.
During my time of absence, my class and I went on two field trips. The first one was to BC Cancer Research Agency, and the second was to Novadaq Technologies Inc.
For both trips, the topic was biophotonics.
During our visit to BCCRA (Sorry, I wasn’t allowed to take any pictures), we primarily focused on fluorescence endoscopes: what were they, what they are used for, how are they mad and why use them. Other aspects of tour include visiting the telecommunication cabinet or that building, as well as understand how the physical network was structured.
For the recent visit to Novadaq, we also looked at fluorescence endoscopes, but the tour itself was very different.
At Novadaq, we were given the opportunity to see the manufacturing area of the devices:
Where concepts meet reality: The researching & developing area!
And we got to see many of their products!
There are many things that happened during both trips! If you guys have any questions please ask, ill answer them asap!
